Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, please review our Virtual Training Booking Policy, designed to work effortlessly with our scheduling system: Booking Guidelines Online Reservations: Book your virtual training session directly through our website. Account Setup: To manage your bookings, create an account during your first visit. This allows you to view, reschedule, or cancel your sessions with ease. Payment Secure Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made through our secure checkout system using credit/debit cards. Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Please refer to the cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session via your account on our website. Refunds will be processed minus applicable processing fees. Rescheduling: Easily reschedule your session through your account up to 24 hours before the start time. No-Shows: If you miss a session without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled. Virtual Session Guidelines Stable Connection Required: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection to avoid disruptions. Preferred Platform: Sessions will be conducted via [Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, or preferred video platform]. A link will be provided after booking. Quiet Space: Find a distraction-free area with enough room to move safely during your session. Arrival Time Please log in at least 5 minutes before your session starts to check in and resolve any technical issues. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund. Equipment No equipment? No problem! Workouts can be modified to suit bodyweight exercises. If available, have resistance bands, dumbbells, or a yoga mat ready for enhanced training. Health & Safety By booking, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. Consult a physician if you have any medical concerns before attending.
